A Childcare within a Corporate Office Building.

This childcare facility is on the ground floor of a prominent 10-story office building in the Buckhead community of Atlanta, Georgia. The existing courtyard plaza was transformed into playground space, leaving no inch unused both inside and outside of the new school.

Building Engineering Systems Were Overhauled

We overhauled all major systems; electrical, mechanical, structural, and fire protection. The building was transitioned from an office building to a childcare center.  All mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems had to be completely renovated in order to comply with building code for childcare.
